Adrian approached the sale of my property with a no bullshit attitude and communication style. This is something I certainly prefer in this day and age of sales quackery. I thought he was ambitious with price he said that could be achieved for my property, but Zac and Adrian delivered me a price well over the minimum asking price, good communication and friendly not pushy.
