I don’t tend to do reviews but I think Adrian and his team at One Agency deserve recognition for their help and support. Adrian knows the area exceptionally well and helped us throughout our journey finding a new home. If we ever come to sell (hopefully not!) then I know who I will be contacting. You’d be silly not to use him and the team! Very grateful for all the support and helped us get the dream home we’ve wanted for many years.

Went with Adrian after reading multiple reviews and seeing the results his listing were receiving. I was incredibly disappointed when he palmed us of to his rookie employee who was incredibly inexperienced. When I went to meet with him asking what his role had been he felt the need to mansplain realestate to me and half apologised saying he’d been on holiday and would be at the next open house… he was not. The decision to go with Adrian cost my family over $40,000 and yes I’m adjusting for the current market. Incredibly disappointed with him and One Agency.

We approached Adrian to sell our investment property in the period leading up to Christmas. Despite staff leave plans and the office closure, Adrian was able to research the market, provide excellent support and assistance in arranging the photo shoot, have the property on the market and importantly ensure staff accessibility to us. The first day of inspection produced the offer from the buyer of the property. We felt genuinely supported across the whole process and found this to be such a positive experience.
