Engaged Adriano to sell my property in Victoria. Being interstate the logistics were against me especially during Victoria's COVID lockdown. Adriano guided us through the process including virtually walking us through the house, highlighting and recommending work to be done to improve saleability. He engaged and managed subcontractors to complete the renovation works all of whom were amiable and competent. When COVID hit we were delayed by about a year. Through that time he kept in touch with updates. During the works he kept me informed as did the individual subcontractors all of whom did a wonderful job. The marketing campaign was professionally handled, the staging contractors did a spectacular job, on the auction day Adriano was infectiously enthusiastic encouraging the bidders hence we achieved a successful outcome. Adriano communicated issues and suggestions clearly and concisely, was never pushy, listened to my concerns, responded promptly to phone messages, happy to discuss any items with respect to the subcontractors, the campaign, the auction. My apartment really needed some fixing/renovations done before it was put on the market, and I lived a long way away from where the apartment was; I didn't have time to go and supervise the work and I didn't have a clue who to contact to get the various things done either. Adriano and Samir did a great job of visiting the apartment to check what needed to be done and then organising for the work to be done - all over a really difficult time as many shops/businesses were closed. Adriano was also very thorough, kept me informed, made sensible suggestions given the market at the time, and did a really good job to get a fair price and a quick sale when the market circumstances were a bit difficult for selling that type of apartment. If I needed to sell again, I'd be happy to work with Adriano and Samir! Samir did a great job of finding the type and colour and good quality of flooring that I wanted, and looking for the pattern and colour of bench top that I thought might look good, but then getting back to me to suggest an alternative as the one I had chosen didn't end up suiting the kitchen in real life - so I was happy to go with Samir's suggestion. It was very easy to work with Samir by photos and phone from a distance.
