I highly recommend Adriano. I found the honest, open communication during the selling of my house refreshing, even if sometimes I didn’t want to hear it. Adriano is always professional, courteous & approachable. The advice given along the way was invaluable. I was given a thorough timeline of the process from the start, there was no time wasting, from “on market” to “sold at auction” was about 4 weeks (this timeline was able to be changed if I needed). There was so many open houses and the times varied, to suit a wide audience. I was hesitant about a midweek evening auction but they seem to work. Adriano works incredibly hard to get the best outcome for all parties. I just wish I had listened when he kept telling me not to stress, cause I stressed a lot, until about 2 minutes before the auction, when I felt a sense of calm as I knew I had the right agent in my corner. I will not hesitate to contact Adriano when I sell my second house.
