When researching for an agent, I looked at multiple websites but came across this website rate my agent. I found Adriano on this site and read his reviews. I was amazed in both his vendor recommendations but also his buyer recommendations and comments. That rang very true to me being in the service industry also. I called him as well as another few agents and found Adriano to be professional, very knowledgeable but honest without giving you the "sales pitch" which is what I wanted. Someone I would think would work hard to get me the best price for my investment. And I was not disappointed. The way he advised me to market my unit, presentation, even coming to clean it before the first open, he went above and beyond, having sold properties in the past, he was absolutely amazing and kept me fully informed and made the process so easy and stress free. He even managed to get my property Live on Sky News for a live auction which just added to the day. His auctioneering skills are second to none and I know people say this but he really is amazing. From the first time Adriano came into my home I felt confident and at ease and knew he was the right agent to get me the best outcome. He was knowledgeable, confident without being over the top, knew his stuff and was easy to talk too always there to answer any of my questions or concerns. He suggested trying an off market approach first to see if he had some buyers, which he did, but no one was at a level to sell. So we went on the market and went to auction.
