When researching for an agent, I looked at multiple websites but came across this website rate my agent. I found Adriano on this site and read his reviews. He even managed to get my property Live on Sky News for a live auction which just added to the day. His auctioneering skills are second to none and I know people say this but he really is amazing. From the first time Adriano came into my home I felt confident and at ease and knew he was the right agent to get me the best outcome. He was knowledgeable, confident without being over the top, knew his stuff and was easy to talk too always there to answer any of my questions or concerns. He suggested trying an off market approach first to see if he had some buyers, which he did, but no one was at a level to sell. So we went on the market and went to auction.
