I have never had dealings with real estate agencies and because of the industry’s reputation I was not looking forward to the experience. So I think I was very lucky to have Adriano appointed as my agent. The initial contact was many months before the eventual auction date. It was a deceased estate so there were procedures to be followed before an agency could be selected. Adriano maintained tactful communications until the legal side was completed. Each agency I contacted provided quotes at the same time and in better property market conditions. Adriano secured the price he had advised which was also well in excess of what other companies.
