There’s a lot of great things to say about Carmen. The biggest thing we found and appreciated was how calm and professional she remained regardless of how stressful any situation was. Carmen and her team are wonderful to work with and always professional and helpful. We highly recommend Team Carmen
We were very happy in all our dealings with Carmen. She offered sound advice with regards to the preparation of our home for sale. The marketing, sale and negotiations were always conducted professionally, addressing any of our concerns with care and consideration. We highly recommend Carmen.
Carmen (and her team) were knowledgeable, patient and flexible. Very pleased to work with Carmen and would happily engage her again.
From the start of the process it was clear Carmen already had the level of buyer in mind, and from the first open home it was apparent she was right. Knowledge of the Local Market and also a great relationship with potential buyers is paramount to a successful outcome. A very professional individual and Team was the key to engaging Carmen on the sale of our family home, and would have no hesitation recommending her and the team for any property transactions.
Carmen is a genuine person with your interests at heart. She made the process of buying and selling so easy. Nothing was a problem. I would recommend Carmen to all my friends and family.
We had a very straight forward and pleasant experience selling our home with Carmen and her team. From the start, communication was excellent, and the sales approach was very well organised. With Carmen's experience and calm negotiation skills we were presented with multiple offers within a week of listing. A fantastic result. Thanks Carmen!
Carmen's knowledge and experience meant that we felt confident in the entire process. The best thing about working with Carmen and her team is their communication, we were kept up to date throughout the campaign and were able to speak to Carmen at any time. I would highly recommend her services.
Carmen made the negotiation process and subsequent communications easy and we found she was very available to us.
Thank you for all of your expertise and advice to assist with the styling of the house and to you and your team for being available whenever required.
Carmen is very innovative, helpful and achieves outstanding results, we are extremely happy with the what was a very great outcome. Carmen listens and will discuss any concerns you have, therefore we are extremely happy with the services she has provided over this time.
It was a pleasure to deal with Carmen and her team (Marcel and Clare) after many ups and downs dealing with other real estates over the three months that we were looking to purchase a house. We finally felt like a real estate agent cared about us as the buyers, rather than being focused only on the seller. Carmen and her team have been honest, pro-active and helpful.
