Carmen was the only agent who came to us and sat down with us to make a plan for the sale of our home. I did change the timeline however Carmen gave above and beyond at all times when we were selling and when we were settling into our new home. I would not hesitate to recommend Carmen and I will be telling any friends who are buying and selling that they should call Carmen first.

Carmen made our purchase process smooth and simple. She is a great communicator, returning our calls promptly and giving us valuable advice.

Carmen Briggs is not 'just' selling real estate. She's interested in the back story of clients, in their lifestyle and aspirations. She also knows the area she's selling like the back of her hand. Our experience as a seller was brilliant - as stress-free as possible. Carmen (and her team) maintained great communication during a surprisingly short market period. Carmen Briggs is to buyers and sellers what Cupid is to lovers: a matchmaker.

I can't rave enough about Carmen and Marisa and the Harcourts team. From our initial meeting all the way through the sale process, everything was fabulous. Nothing was ever too much trouble, there was always time for a chat and debrief, and communication was faultless. It was also the extra touches and going the extra mile with help with trades, moving etc that made the experience so much better. Having never sold a house before, I was very anxious about the process but Carmen and her team made it simple - I can't thank them enough. My only wish is that I could have bought my new house with them!!

Carmen provided regular feedback throughout the entire process of the sale. Her knowledge of the market and understanding of the negotiation process was excellent. Carmen is easy to communicate with and her support staff were outstanding. Special mention to Clare Webster, who ensured the administrative process went smoothly. We would recommend Carmen and her team to anyone wishing to sell in the area.

Contacted Carmen for two properties. Purchase was an easy one but the first property we were dealing with Carment to purchase was tricky however it was evident that this was due to the owner having unrealistic expectations. Carmen did hear best to do the needed. However in the end everything worked well. I Highly recommend Carmen and her team Marcel & Clare for your housing needs.

We've purchased two properties through Carmen and found her to be the consumate professional. All matters were dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner. Carmen guided us through every step so the whole process was stress-free. Carmen is friendly, personable and very easy to deal with. We highly recommend Carmen.

Carmen is positive and hardworking. Her communication with us throughout the process was excellent and her knowledge of the local real estate market was most valuable.

We were really impressed by the whole team. Friendly, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to use real estate services in this area.

Carmen and her team were always on the ball. Carmen gave me very helpful hints on presentation of my property for sale and pursued the sale with vigour. I would recommend Carmen and Harcourts to friends as they worked hard to get the best price for me for my property.

Carmen took her time and we never felt rushed or pushed into the sale. She knew what we wanted and matched the perfect house to our needs and Guided us through the process. Carmen and her staff have been absolutely amazing!!!

Carmen was excellent. The sale of our house wasn’t easy but she managed everything wonderfully.
