Carmen provided us with a perfect buying experience. She was empathetic to us as buyers but knew what her sellers required too. This along with superb communication allowed for our negotiations to be completed within a single afternoon. Carmen simplified every step which gave both parties confidence to progress quickly through the process. Carmen achieved an outcome that the sellers and the buyers were delighted with. An expert you can trust.

Carmen Briggs from Harcourts - The Gap acted as our agent throughout the recent sale of our investment property. She was always the true professional and kept us up to date on a regular basis with any minor issues that arose. She negotiated the sale price with the purchaser on our behalf and kept us informed on a daily basis. Not only did she prepare the sale documentation but she also liaised with our solicitors to achieve a delayed settlement option suitable to both parties. I would have no hesitation in using Carmen again in any future real estate dealings. Ray & Lyn Ovens
