We have had the pleaseure of working wih Carmen previously, and once again, from the very beginning, we knew it was the best decision we could make. She is thorough, systemised, caring and a great negotiator. Truly the epitome of a geat agent. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Carmen was glowingly recommended to us by someone who had just had their house sold by Carmen. From the start to the finish we were very happy to have Carmen sell our home. She is very professional and always kept in touch or was available when we needed her . I would not hesitate to recommend Carmen to anyone wanting to make the task of selling their home that bit easier.

Carmen and her team got us a fair price for our house with a quick sale. The marketing was very professional. The handling of the contract through to settlement was fantastic - there were a few unforeseen hiccups along the way (through nobody's fault) which were dealt with quickly and effectively.

We found Carmen and her assistant to be very friendly and efficient.

From our first meeting with Carmen when she valued our property through to her concluding the negotiations for the sale, Carmen proved to have a thoroughly up to date and deep knowledge of the market, and also how best to present our house to appeal to our particular market segment. She is a highly competent professional and we couldn't have been happier with her acting as our agent (indeed it seemed more like a partnership).

We recently purchased a property where Carmen was acting for the seller. Carmen at all times was friendly, personable and accommodating when organising additional inspection times and other negotiations with her client the seller. Carmen's communication skills are excellent and she kept me completely updated on the progress of negotiations and ultimately the sale. I would absolutely recommend Carmen for anyone looking for an outstanding agent in The Gap and surrounding suburbs.

We didn't actually meet Carmen. We worked through Claire Webster and she was very helpful and supportive. I know that Carmen assisted Claire in the process which went smoothly. There was one condition that the solicitor said we should have had included. It was regarding the city council and the possibility of road widening etc. it is very hard to rate Carmen when we have never met her. Therefore our ratings are for Claire Webster.

Right from the start, Carmen was friendly, prompt, reassuring and professional. I have been so busy and stressed caring for my elderly mum and Carmen's knowledge, her helpful and calm confidence made the whole business of selling a property so easy for me.

I have not dealt with a more professional agent and I have bought and sold many times. Recently I bought a property that Carmen was selling and she was highly responsive, respectful and diligent. Without doubt, I will be using her in the future.

Perhaps the biggest compliment I can give Carmen is to point out that we first met her as buyers...then, 5 years later, we did not hesitate to ask Carmen to sell the very same house on our behalf! Carmen is the cream of the real estate crop. If you're looking for an agent who will spin no bull whatsoever but provide you with professional, personable service and bring a wealth of experience to the table, then you need Carmen - there's a reason her office is full of trophies! :) Carmen stands out for a range of reasons: but one personal favourite is that even though the seller is her client and her number one priority, she treats buyers with equal respect and creates a real estate transaction that is pleasant for all involved. We couldn't recommend Carmen highly enough.

Very professional, kept us in the loop at all times & house sold for good price.

The Harcourt team led by Carmen's influence and knowledge to manage property sales, was made apparent with her ability to swiftly negotiate, address concerns and have all documentation prepared and completed to meet the desired result demanded by all parties. We would not hesitate to recommend or engage Carmen and the team with any future property business.
