Carmen Briggs recently sold our father's house in Bardon. As our situation was quite complex, we needed an agent who would liaise and negotiate in a sensitive manner between with three separate vendors. Carmen not only managed to secure a pleasing and solid contract in less than a week from the first open home, but did it efficiently and with remarkable integrity. I highly recommend Carmen.

We contacted all the major real estate companies, and only had half of them respond within 3 days. We then talked to nearly 20 agents, but only 7 actually turned up for the meetings... Out of this field, Carmen was head and shoulders above all! We were really impressed by her preparation, professional attitude, industry experience and knowledge, and her very compassionate and understanding nature. We had contract from the very first open house, which were then well negotiated, resulting in a contract for sale within 4 days of our house going on the market. Thank you Carmen :)

It came time for my parents to move to a retirement village at age 87 & 89! Carmen was extremely patient & kind to them during this very delicate process, explaining things clearly, following up at all designated times and helping in any way she could to assist with them getting ready for open inspections. Thanks so much Carmen!

Hi Carmen Thank you for you professional yet personal help in our real estate.

We purchased a house via Carmen. We found Carmen to be very professional helpful and informative through the process. We negotiated well via Carmen and the seller to both agree on a very good outcome. This couldn't be done without Carmen's involvement. Carmen was also very prompt with communication and follow up at all times and drove out the contract so we could sign. Would recommend Carmen as an agent to friends.

Carmen and her team at Harcourts Inner West displayed great professionalism throughout our whole experience. They worked tirelessly to achieve our desired result and maintained great communication throughout. We would recommend Carmen to anyone who ask.

Carmen made the process of selling our beautiful house easier with her warm, gentle manner. The lines of communication were always open and facilitated so well by her assistant Clare. We wouldn't hesitate to work with Carmen and her team again. Thank you Carmen!

From my first contact with Carmen we could not fault the Agencies attention to my needs as a property seller. The communication from both Carmen and Clare Webster was prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend this agency for their professionalism during the whole sale process. Warren and Christine Price

Carmen made the process of purchasing our new home easy. She was responsive to queries and great at keeping us informed along the way. As an agent, we always felt that we were getting the 'real deal' and not just market speak. We will definitely be looking to Carmen to help with any future transactions!

Carmen made the process of buying a house easy. Along the way she assisted with great recommendations for necessities like pest/building inspections. She was always available and provided excellent communication and negotiation. Her assistant, Clare, was also fantastic and obliging every step of the way. Thank you for such a smooth, personalised process.
