We initially purchased the property physically unseen and only from the internet advertisement, which was well presented and beautifully captured the entirety of the property. We contacted Carole who was honest and open about the property and it’s value. After some initial negotiations, we agreed on a price and the process was smooth sailing from there. When we did visit the property a number of weeks later, Carole made herself available in a number of occasions for us and other family to look at the property, she was very accomodating and understanding.
