This was the first time I've ever had to sell a house and Carole went above and beyond to help sell our property. We got more than we expected plus the whole process was professional, efficient and stress free. She was also helpful finding a new home and was always happy to answer any questions I had. Very Professional and informative

We first met Carole at the home open for the house we have purchased. She was warm and personable and gave us the information we needed without trying to oversell us the house. We wanted to offer, so needed to sell our home. We asked Carole to market our home for us. Carole was so efficient and had our home on the market in a couple of days- it sold within a week. Unfortunately, it was not an easy sale for anyone, as there were some delays with our original buyers finance. Carole acted efficiently, constantly liaising with all interested parties and she kept us informed about what was happening. She gave us solid advice about what to do when things got difficult, and, when we had to remarket, she re-sold our home within a couple of days. Thanks to her and her perseverance we have now sold our home and are moving into our dream home. Carole is a superb agent and a lovely person. We would recommend her without hesitation.
