Thank you Carole for your truly amazing support. Your honest transparent approach to selling our property so quickly and under difficult circumstances is impressive. Not only did you sell for us you supported your client through a difficult period and even saved our dog from running off! Thank you so very much I would recommend you to anyone for future sales!

We found Carole to be a very professional agent. Carole possesses excellent market knowledge and always provides advice and feedback from potential buyers. Carole was always contactable which made the experience easier.

Carole was great , I felt comfortable with everything, most of all had faith in all she told me. Well done Carole.

Carole was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the first point of contact she was professional, yet friendly, and very honest. Carole made the process very smooth and transparent. I had full confidence in her and felt she was working honestly and fairly in the interests of both parties at all times . Nothing was too much trouble and she took the time to provide extra information over and above. Highly recommended, refreshing to find an agent such as Carole!

Carole provided excellent customer service and knowledge of the current markets and trends. I would happily have Carole assist with finding or selling a property for my family and I. I could not fault her professionalism and customer service.

Carole is a very enthusiastic and professional real estate agent. Her enthusiasm and love for her profession sweeps one away after first meeting her. My house was sold after the first home opening and she was on hand to provide advice and guidance during the whole selling process.

Carole is so professional, knowledgeable, and with a personal touch, making the experience of selling our house a pleasure. Carole only brings solutions and is able to hold all parties involved meeting all our needs.

Carole sold our house in 5 days of placing it on the market! She provided us with expert advice on how to prepare our property for sale and linked us in with trustworthy tradespeople to get it up to standard. Carole is no nonsense and efficient in the way she goes about her business. She can be relied upon to act on our behalf and to have our requirements met. At the same time, Carole listened to our concerns and gave us enough information from her experience to put us at ease. This is the second time Carole has closed a deal in short time for us, previously when Julie Ormston was on leave she finalised the offer and acceptance on our family home. I would highly recommend her to others to sell your home with confidence.

Carole was a pleasure to deal with in the purchase of our new home. It makes such a difference dealing with a no nonsense agent that you feel you can trust. Thanks for your help Carole.

Incredibly helpful, professional, approachable and reliable. Communication was stress free and very responsive. If we ever sell, we would not hesitate to ask Carole to do this for us. Would highly recommend this agent.

We were unsuccessful selling last year and became disheartened but Carole changed all. She IS a Superwoman having 21 groups at our first home open and a very good offer just two days later! Excellent communicator with different strategies that work! Plus a great sense of humour. CAROLE = Caring, Astute, Reliable, Outstanding, Lively, Exemplary Carole happily went above and beyond to help every way she could. We would highly recommended Carole and know who to go to when we sell next.

Achieving the best value in market conditions is what you’ll get from Carole. Looking after your interest professionally , honestly ,not just looking for another sale and treating you like a number. Taking the time to advise & direct you without unexpected pressure, always having the time to help beyond the expected level and hours of service, and most of all, getting the property sold.
