My 90 year old Father met Carole a year ago after he had returned from a hospital visit. The best indicator of someone's integrity is how they fix and take ownership of problems. We detected a few electrical safety issues 3 months after the electrical inspection and sale, and thought it was entirely on us to pay for. After contacting Carole she decided to foot the bill for the rectification out of her own pocket (and not her client's). Carole's cheery and honourable conduct is refreshing and rare.
