Especially with home opens, and what was expected from us. This made us really relaxed and not afraid to ask lots of questions and she came back with the right answers. Although we didn't get amount we were hoping for, for our house she helped us through some awkward times with a great smile and encouragement to hang in there. We finally sold and are now ready to move. We have no experience of selling a house in Australia and it was a minefield. We have learnt so much from Carole in what we can and can't do in regards to what we have to leave and what we can take.
