We had the opportunity to get to know Carole for a while before purchasing our second (forever) family home. The people Carole surrounds herself with such as broker, settlement agent, building inspector etc make the process easier. Everyone is extremely trustworthy and will be upfront and honest with you which we so appreciated. After reading many positive reviews of Carole Saville online & talking to her on the phone, I told my sister I’ve found the perfect agent to sell my investment property. My sister said ok go with her if you feels she’s right for the job but you must also meet this fabulous woman who did an appraisal on my property - she’s switched on, knows the area & importantly knows how the market is behaving. Well we had a good laugh together when Carole walked onto the property as she was the same lady in question. Trustworthiness was a high priority for me because I live interstate. I found Carole to be an honest and straight forward agent at all times. She worked hard, was professional, & put my mind at ease. We met Carole at a home open and she helped us through the process of selling our house. She is a very funny, helpful agent and the banter between the three of us was hilarious. Especially with home opens, and what was expected from us. This made us really relaxed and not afraid to ask lots of questions and she came back with the right answers. Although we didn't get amount we were hoping for, for our house she helped us through some awkward times with a great smile and encouragement to hang in there. We finally sold and are now ready to move. We have no experience of selling a house in Australia and it was a minefield. We have learnt so much from Carole in what we can and can't do in regards to what we have to leave and what we can take. Got lots of contacts also from Carole regarding cleaners, gardeners and window cleaners etc which are a Godsend. Carole was our Real Estate Agent for our Property in Sinagra. We had so many difficult obstacles thrown at us from buyers that caused so much stress and when most real estate agents would just give up Carole didn't!! We took our house off the market because it was just getting too hard with the terrible Market and the difficult "buyers" who wanted way too much from us yet Carole still persisted and promised she would sell our house and find us a buyer even when we weren't under contract with her and she had no obligation to do so.......and she did!!! And for the exact price we wanted, no counter offers, she knew what we wanted and at no point did she make us settle or lower our price!! If you want an agent who actually cares and wants the best outcome for you, choose Carole, If you want the Best Price for your house and don't want to be told by agents who just want a "Sale" to make commission that the Markets poor and you won't get that price, choose Carole!! Carole will not give up, she will find you a buyer and she will try her hardest to get you the exact price you want!!

Carole was very accommodating in terms of viewing times, and very easy to deal with as a buyer. She also replied promptly with answers to any of my questions as well as getting approvals from the strata for the alterations which formed some of my contract conditions. Although the market was down, Carole managed to get us the price we wanted for our property. Carole is a friendly, warm and professional lady who we met at a home open several years before.
