We had no idea who to choose and Carole demonstrated that she has a great local knowledge and a wonderful personality. She was efficient and advised us exactly what to do to gain the highest price in the shortest time. She liaised with the various people to make this happen and everything was done so quickly without any time being wasted. She kept us informed at all stages and no matter what time of the day. Carole provided an amazingly seamless experience and I would highly recommend her for property sales in Woodvale

Carole was so incredibly helpful, and could not have made the process of buying my first house any easier. She was happy to open the house up to my multiple times to view it, and allayed any concerns/hesitations I had about purchasing.

Carole Saville was a great agent to work with during the purchase of my first home. I would consider her service to be professional, cordial and honest. Throughout the process I appreciated Carole's transparency and industry knowledge and always felt that I was in good hands. I would highly recommend Carole and the team at E view group.

I would like to personally thank Carole for her excellent effort towards the sale of my property. I had never sold a home before and did not have knowledge of the real estate market. From the first meeting I was instantly impressed how Carole presented as professional, knowledgeable and very experienced in the real estate business. Her direct approach and enthusiasm made my choice easy. Selling a home can be stressful and Carole reduced stress in so many ways and continued to offer endless support, good thoughtful critical advice and assistance helping to make the whole process relatively painless. She worked extremely hard to get the maximum number of potential customers through the property. Her strategy to obtain the best sale price was inspired and attention to detail excellent. Carole was aggressive in marketing on my behalf and I applaud her ability to always understand what was best for me. Carole regularly kept me updated on market feedback during each stage of the selling process. I was also very impressed with Daniel on his professionalism when assisting Carole throughout the process. He was polite, helpful, respectful and enthusiastic at all times. Carole and her team were an integral part in selling this sentimental asset of mine and I could not be happier with the outcome. I couldn’t speak highly enough and definitely recommend Carole to anyone who is considering selling their family home.

Our reason for choosing Carole Saville in selling our home was her passion in her profession. She was very up front in how a home should be prepared for sale and explained her technique in selling, we took her advise. Carol had a home open over a weekend and we had 2 written offers. We were very happy with our sale.

Having never sold a house before I approached the task with some trepidation but Carole took care of everything and made it seem incredibly easy although I know a lot of hard work went on in the background! I was impressed from the first meeting by Carole's open and friendly manner and knew that she was the real estate agent for me. My trust in Carole's ability to get the job done was rewarded when the property sold after being on the market just twelve days and for a price I am happy with. I have no hesitation in recommending Carole to anyone looking for a pain-free experience in selling property. Thanks Carole - you're amazing!

We worked with Carole recently as we purchased our home through her listing. This was the first house we've bought in WA and from start to finish we found Carole a pleasure to work with. She provided impartial and helpful advice and guidance as well as demonstrating a high level of care. Not only through the process after the sale too. Buying our home was a scary process but this was helped massively through working with Carole.

Carole does what she says she's going to do! Such a relief to deal with a professional sales person like Carole. She is prepared to do the extras to make your sale. Carole communicates all the time and the standard of her marketing is excellent. I would recommend Carole every time. Job well done. Thank you

We have no hesitation in recommending Carole Saville as a top agent for Eview Group as her knowledge of the market is inspiring. From the very first meeting It was quite evident that Carole demonstrated a true passion for her work ,the company and the home which we were interested in. Carole is a true professional with great knowledge, great communication and vast experience which meant she was incredibly approachable which made us feel comfortable throughout all stages of buying our home. Carole managed every state exceptionally well and we felt appropriately consulted without having to invest too much of our own time. Carole was always a phone call, a text, an email away and would personally drop off document to our home for signing when work kept us busy. But all this was done with a personal touch! Carole always has a qreat big welcoming smile for everyone, she has a fabulous bubbly warming personality and was up for a giggle which makes you feel at ease as soon as you met her.
