From day one Carole was very approachable and full of advice regarding the legalities of selling my mother's house. I was unaware that I needed to arrange Enduring Powers of Attorney, seeing my mother had had a fall and was unable to function, which was the best advice I could have received at the time. Carole stayed in contact with me every step of the way and always rang me after every home open to inform me of the people who had attended the home open and openly commented about potential buyers. Carole was available all hours of the day for me to contact her and did not mind me texting or calling at odd hours. Although the market was down, Carole was able to sell mum's house within three and a half months, however the original price that Carole put on the house was too far too high. Carole maintained contact during the selling process and was always there to offer advice.
