I was unaware that I needed to arrange Enduring Powers of Attorney, seeing my mother had had a fall and was unable to function, which was the best advice I could have received at the time. Although the market was down, Carole was able to sell mum's house within three and a half months, however the original price that Carole put on the house was too far too high. My wife and I had the great pleasure of working with Carole when she sold our house 10 Linden Crt Kinsley in winter of 2016.
