I'm reviewing Carole from a buyer's perspective. From past experience, I find about 80 per cent of agents are horrible. In the remaining 20 per cent, about 2 per cent are great. Carole is in that top 2 per cent of the 'Great' category. Everything went like clockwork - she was organised and very helpful. All that was needed to be done for the house, from sending documents to the settlement agent to organising repair work, was carried out speedily with minimal fuss. She kept in touch throughout the long drawn-out buying process and followed through with any action items we discussed. I love her positive can-do attitude. Most of all, she's a really kind person who made the experience a good one for both parties. I recommend her highly if you're selling a house and you want a happy buyer/happy experience/no stress.

Whilst researching agents to represent us with the sale of our property, we visited many home opens in our local area to see how different agents conducted themselves while in people homes, and after meeting Carole it was very clear who we wanted to sell our home for us.
