Carole Savile was referred to us by our neighbour . From the word go we had the utmost confidence in Carols ability to help us get a quick and satisfactory result. I would have no hesitation in recommending Carole to anyone. She is a very friendly, enthusiastic and highly professional Agent. She delivered all she had promised.

I have been nothing but 110% happy with buying our new house and selling our old house through Carole. Nothing was too much trouble for her to assist with. Carole made you feel like she had all the time in the world for me and my at times my stupid questions, even though i know she was very busy. Caroles knowledge of the property she was selling and the area in which it was in blew my expectations. Caroles above and beyond help in selling and buying has made everything so much easier for us.

I found Carol very easy to talk to she seems to have a sixth sence for the market and had a very accurate view of the outcome. Carol was very professional with my situation including difficult legal matters and and it was an experience made easy and satisfying when it mattered.I think she loves her job and that passion shines in her persona, its nice when you feel that someone cares. Carols after sales service is a very surprising attribute and i recommend carol without hesitation .

Carole arranged several viewings for myself and my family. She was always available to answer any questions and we felt she really went the extra mile ensuring we were kept up to date with how the sale was progressing. Her friendly and approachable nature made her a pleasure to deal with and we would highly recommend her as an agent. Thank-you Carole!

Carol made excellent suggestions on maximising our property's presentation and sold it at the the first selected client viewing without even having a formal home open. The price she negotiated with the buyers was at the high end of our expectations. A joy to deal with ! Rolf Goff

This is our second property sold by Carole. After having a previous agent who was very disappointing in that we had very few open homes, little feedback and little interest, we contacted Carole who committed herself to selling this property. She consistently opened the apartment every weekend, for numerous weeks, and mid week also, and gave feedback to us every time. I feel sure this apartment would still be for sale, had Carole not been so tenacious, persistent and truly committed. My husband and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this very professional lady to anyone wanting to sell their property now, or in the future.

Hi I found Carole Saville to be very efficient & knowledgeable in her field of selling homes in the Edgewater area. She had a positive attitude and was happy to assist with my queries. She understood my needs and was reliable and punctual. She was also prepard and had a quality coloured brocure of the home for sale. If I was to sell my home in the future then I beieve that Carole would make and excellent sales person. I would have no problem in recommending her to my family and friends. It was a pleasure working with Carol!

I can't recommend Carole high enough. In a very tough Perth market, Carole never lost her positive and caring approach. Her communication during the process is also to commended. Working together and meeting the market expectations, we achieved a sale. I couldn't be happier. Thank you Carole!

Carole did a fantastic job firstly selling my Mum's house, and then assisting her in buying a house closer to her family. Carole made all aspects of the process really easy. I would highly recommend Carole if you are selling or buying a house.

This is the second property Carole has sold for us. The first was an investment property and due to the ease and success of that transaction we had no hesitation in going with Carole to sell our family home of 25 years. Selling a home can be stressful so it was wonderful to have Carole navigate the process for us. Her unique selling skills and communication made everything very easy. We would have no hesitation in recommending Carole and she will be our go to person for real estate in the future.
