As the purchaser of a property we are always aware that the Agent is doing thier absolute best for the vendor (understandably). Having said that we thought Aiden showed great diligence in supplying us with all the information we needed to negotiate a fair and successful purchase. He even worked on his day off to get the final negotiations across the line as we only had limited time in the area. What we most appreciated about Aiden was his "after sales service". We were unable to be in town for the settlement but Aiden did everything we asked to facilitate the purchase. Importantly even after settlement he kept an eye on the place and resolved a number of issues for us. Even now, several months after the purchase, we have found Aiden (and Ben Bate) are always happy to help out with any relevant inquiries.

I found Aiden to be very helpful. The "de-clutter' request made me realize how much 'junk' I'd accumulated. The clutter meant something to me but would have looked a big mess to potential buyers (and probably still did!) I was always kept informed each week as to the progress of the viewings and although it took several months we remained in contact. When the time came to purchase my new place he was very patient with my likes and dislikes especially when it came to having to live in suburbia (with neighbours!) and with both the buying and selling contracts did a fair bit of communicating with the solicitors.
