To whom it may concern. This letter is to describe my experience of selling my property through Ben Bate Real Estate in Narooma NSW. I interviewed and received appraisals from three agents in the area. The appraisal from Aiden of Ben Bate Real Estate was far more detailed and comprehensive than the other two. Aiden was at the property for a couple of hours, the other two agents were only there for thirty minutes. I was also impressed by the sales records, networking and selling strategies presented by Aiden.
