I found Dane to be polite, honest, full of integrity. Dane, has alot of knowledge regarding the Port Stephens are. He continued to contact me through out the process of selling my house and tried his best to get the best price for my house. Since selling my house I have suggested to so many others to use Dane as their agent when selling and will continue doing so. Thankyou Dane and PRD Steff for your assistance. Michelle

Dane and his team showed great enthusiasm for our property and showed the potential buyer over our home three times ensuring every detail was well covered. The sale was made in just six days to a buyer already on PRD’s books, and at a price well over our expectations! Now that’s an example of Professionalism that we really appreciated.

Highly professional very attentive hard working

We could not speak highly enough of Dane and his team for the service and massive effort to sell our home. Dane and his team kept us informed throughout the whole process and nothing ever felt like a hassle. You can see why Dane constantly achieves amazing results in Port Stephens as his passion and dedication is next to none. We are extremely happy with our end result and without a doubt would not hesitate to recommend Dane. Thankyou so much!

We are extremely grateful to Dane and his team in achieving a great outcome for us in selling our home. Dane is one of the most hard working and passionate agents we have ever dealt with. The communication throughout the campaign was faultless. We were kept informed every step of the way and felt extremely confident and comfortable that Dane had the experience and knowledge to get us the result we were hoping for. Thanks again Dane, we unreservedly recommend you and your team. Best wishes for the future.

Dane Queenan is a great agent to engage when selling a property in the Port Stephens area. He has an established team with an excellent local knowledge and were friendly and helpful to work with. The work, conducted pre marketing the property, was conducted professionally and promptly - Dane has an excellent network of trades people he was able to engage in a timely fashion. Through out the marketing campaign we were kept up to date with weekly written updates - particularly helpful as we do not live locally. Although the property did not sell at auction as hoped, Dane continued to work hard with his team to secure a sale. I have no hesitation in recommending Dane Queenan as a professional and knowledgable real estate agent.

Dane was very pro active with the sale of our property Property was on the market for a while but Dane and Erin never gave up on the fight to find the right per son for our property We would highly recommend Dane and the PRD team Very professional and highly invested in our sale

Dane and the Team made the experience easy and kept us up to date with everything. Thank you

Knowledgeable and was very professionally when it came to the buying process.

The entire experience of dealing with PRG has been nothing but professional and supportive, initially beginning with Dane who greatly assisted my wife and myself with finding the right property to then dealing with Erin, Caitlin and now Phillipa. The entire experience has made us feel comfortable in the fact we are a valued customer.

Market knowledge extremely good, professional, personal presentation and feedback excellent

Dane went above and beyond to ensure our purchase was successful. He worked hard and kept us informed about what he was doing, during the process of buying, and at every stage, explained the next step in our purchase. His assistant Erin was equally professional, as well as being very friendly and helpful.
