I have not purchased a property in many decades, so I was quite nervous having to buy a property in this fast paced world which we now live in. Dane and his team at PRD helped me through the process like only a close friend would do, Any hiccups that arose simply took a phone call to Dane and the problem was solve ASAP. Dane also did a fantastic job of mediating between my Bank, my conveyancer, the owners and myself to keep everything running smoothly and on track. It was a pleasure to do business with Dane and the team at PRD. After my dealing with them I hold them in high regard and strongly recommend using them.

From the minute Dane came to see us in our home he gave us peace of mind knowing we will be in good hands all the way. He explained the whole process very clearly and by that very evening we felt important and confident we had definitely made a great choice in who we wanted to sell our home. One week later everything was in place photography, advertising and within one day on Domaine we had people through and that afternoon a full price offer was submitted. We couldn’t be happier, it was done and dusted so quick I couldn’t believe it. PRD work so well together nothing is too much trouble the team work together to give to the very best in real estate expertise. Thank you so much Dane and the team for the wonderful outcome. We bought our new home and sold our current home through PRD PORT Stephens. The entire deal was wrapped up in under a month. Dane and Erin know the market and found plenty of potential buyers. We were fully informed of progress at all times. A Competent Professional Team who achieved the price we sought. Highly recommended. Dianne and Alan Bentley.

I'm not normally big on doing reviews, but I feel that if I didn't for Dane and his team it would be a disservice to them. From the moment Dane stepped foot in our home he was incomparable. He made us feel at ease with the process and was confident that he could achieve our goals for us. He even took the time to create a bond with our two young kids which just shows he kind of person he is. His team are also just as amazing, the support we got from all of them through the entire process was unbelievable. Dane and his team were always true to their word and didn't miss a beat the entire process. If you are in thinking of selling your home then you MUST approach Dane and his team at PRD.
