Outstanding agent and agency. Dave Lane and Lane:Campos. Some context..... As a family and small scale property developer we have purchased and sold multiple properties over 40 years. This sale was a little unique - relatively new, quality family home in a postcode where such properties were not prominent. For the first time, we invited, through an Expression of Interest, a select group of agents/agencies to meet with us to market themselves and their business as the best fit to sell our family home. David was the ultimate professional. David's line of communication was always open - not once did we have to chase him up for anything. He sat down with us and explained what was going to happen during the whole sales process and continued to follow up with us during that process. He found that fine balance between not making us feel like we were being hassled but at the same time never making us wonder what was going on. Speaking of communication, no empty promises were made. What made us employ him as our agent was that he not only told us what he was able to do but how he was going to do it while keeping in mind our own expectations.
