David was the ultimate professional. David's line of communication was always open - not once did we have to chase him up for anything. He sat down with us and explained what was going to happen during the whole sales process and continued to follow up with us during that process. He found that fine balance between not making us feel like we were being hassled but at the same time never making us wonder what was going on. Speaking of communication, no empty promises were made.
