I was highly impresssed by daves honesty and knowledge of the industry he straight told me what i was realistically going to get for selling my unit. I chose to go higher knowing the current economic situation would improve which it slightly has and my currenr financial situation knowing what i needed I took a gamble and was prepared to go lower evenrually however when we obtained a purchaser the final offer dave put to then was comfirtable. I own another unit in hamilton and when its time to sell within the next couple of years dave is the first person i will be contacting.
