We first met Dave in 2013 when we had our house valued by him after we had it renovated. Since then we have had him periodically do a re-assessment on our property and give us advice for the future. At no time did he suggest we sell or suggest we go through him. He just gave us exactly as he advertised, a no-obligation assessment. We have had other agents through for assessments (everyone gets the flyers in the mail nowadays) and they, usually, tried to get us to sell. Once we decided it was out time to sell our property we have a few meetings with selected agents and got a few quotes. The price guide from them all was about the same, their strategies differed a little bit but their commissions and costs to advertise were vastly different! LaneCampos were the cheapest of the ‘quality’ agents we assessed. You can get cheaper, but I believe you’ll pay for it with a lower selling price. Dave is a forthright ‘straight shooter’ who tells you what you need to hear, not necessarily what you want to hear. He gives you realistic expectations and will give you as much, or as little, communication as you desire. He sets out the full marketing strategy, in writing, and will keep you informed of expectations and results. Dave was able to secure for us a selling price at the higher end of our expectations.
