My decision to sell my house was deliberated for well over a year !! I was planning a move but wasn't quite ready to sell my house when I first met Dave Lane. I asked Dave to have a look at my property and give me some idea of what price I could expect to obtain for my property. Dave was very professional from the outset. He provided me with indepth information about the properties market value, especially compared to other properties selling in my area and other areas with similiar features. I found Dave to be friendly , well informed and able to provide up to date information. Our experience with Dave was exceptional and a stark contrast to our previous dealings with agents. Dave was completely honest (even when the truth stung) and we believe the buyers felt the same. The property had some unique issues which made for more of a challenge but both the time frame and the price were what we were after.
