Over the years I have had exceptionally bad experiences with Real Estate Agents. Dave has shown me another side of the coin. He was amazing in every way. I would and do recommend him to any potential buyer or seller of real estate.

The property had some unique issues which made for more of a challenge but both the time frame and the price were what we were after. We had our own thoughts on counter offers but took Dave's advice and we're glad we did. His negotiation skills basically covered the fee for the sale. What was even more impressive was the continued support after we achieved offer and acceptance. Dave was continually liaising with the solicitors and the buyer to ensure the exchange and settlement went to plan. He even helped negotiate an arrangement to give us a few extra days to vacate. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Dave Lane to any property owner.
As an investor for the last 30 years I have had dealings with numerous agents. I found Dave to be quite different to all of my previous experiences - he is honest, open in his communication and is driven to achieve the best possible outcome for the vendor. To put it bluntly, he is a breathe of fresh air. Dave doesn't pretend he can get you an unachievable price, just to get your business and then knock you down in price as "in the buyers eyes it is too expensive". Dave has brilliant negotiation skills and will obtain the best price for your property. Dave has my vote for all the future sales of our properties.
