Vanessa demonstrated a strong strategic approach to listing our home on the market, which is what convinced us to proceed with her. She made sure to keep contact with us and buyers in a personal manner, by making phone calls and building relationships. It was clear that she had strong market insight for the Como/South Perth area by monitoring market trends, reviewing home open performance and keeping in touch with the local network. Overall her ethic and approach to real estate sales is very good. Faced with a turn in the market, we did fall below our appraisal. I do acknowledge that other agent’s appraisals were similar, and a host of macroeconomic challenges combined with the tenancy status and location of our property made it a tough sell. I think Vanessa genuinely did strive to get us the best result here, and the result we achieved was just good enough to get us over the line. This is reflected in our score.
