Alan Holmes recently helped us sell our Chirnside Park property, he had guided us through the building process with a confident ease, and now it was time to find a new owner. We couldn't be more pleased with the way the whole process went. Having made a firm connection early with Alan, we placed our trust in him. He definitely did not disappoint. We could not believe how diligent and switched on he was. It certainly made a difference having all that realestate knowledge and local experience. We are so grateful, and can honestly say it's been a pleasure
We first met Alan some 20 years ago when we were looking to purchase a new home in the Lilydale area. Alan was very helpful in advising us on the purchase of a suitable block of land & selecting the design of our new home back then. Given Alan's 25+ years of experience working in real estate sales within the Gateway Estate & his friendly, caring approach, he was our first go to when we recently decided to sell our home & move onto the next step in our lives, downsize & move to a quieter country life in retirement. Alan did not disappoint in his great advice on preparation of our home for market & his attention to detail while assisting us through the process of selling the property with best possible result with a quick settlement.
The experience of selling our home through Alan Holmes from Max Brown was professional and Knowledgeable from our first contact through to achieving an excellent sales result. Alan provided good advise as to how we needed to present our home to achieve the best result.
