During a difficult time to sell and show anything, Allan certainly came up with the goods. Our property was listed on the Friday night, 3 inspections on Saturday, all followed up and Allan closed one on the property within the week at the price we wanted. Overall, from beginning to end, including the conveyancer that he recommended, it went very smoothly. His suggestions on what things needed attention pre sale and his recommendation for staging was valuable and helped sell the property. I highly recommend him. (He also was very realistic on what he thought we would get for our property based his knowledge of sales in the area and this was true to form)
