Alan's experience within our local neighbourhood, his building experience and sales experience was of immense help and assurance to us when we first bought our block of land and built our house. When it came to selling our house we contacted Alan as he was always available to answer our queries or provide assistance whenever we required. He is always the ultimate professional.
Alan Holmes is a rarity in today's property market, a sales executive with vast experience and work ethic, an ability to listen to the vendor's requirements combined with a sensitivity to the needs of the client. This combination of talents led to the smooth sale of our much loved property after one week on the market. Could not recommend Alan's services higher.
When faced with opposition, some people let their goals crumble. You are not one of those people. When faced with adversity, it only causes you to persevere, and this achievement proves it. I’m so happy we listened & listed with you. To be able to watch you achieve our/your vision. Right from the start from styling, marketing to a 24 hour sale 48 hours into lockdown was amazing. Your actions, knowledge & data base puts you miles ahead of the rest. Big thanks Alan Holmes Recommended local agent by miles!
During a difficult time to sell and show anything, Allan certainly came up with the goods. Our property was listed on the Friday night, 3 inspections on Saturday, all followed up and Allan closed one on the property within the week at the price we wanted. Overall, from beginning to end, including the conveyancer that he recommended, it went very smoothly. His suggestions on what things needed attention pre sale and his recommendation for staging was valuable and helped sell the property. I highly recommend him. (He also was very realistic on what he thought we would get for our property based his knowledge of sales in the area and this was true to form)
Alan was absolutely incredible, both on the important day of settlement and every step leading up to it. He was available for any questions and concerns that we had during the process and couldn't have been more knowledgeable. Loved it!
Alan was very good at the pricing of the home. He communicated twice a week and was always very pleasant to speak with. Good direct information and sold above expectations Would highly recommend Alan.
Alan is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He guided us through the whole experience, and stayed in constant contact all the way through. He made suggestions on how to make the home more presentable and advised us to have the house staged, which was terrific advice. We were thrilled with the outcome, and would definitely recommend Alan to anyone looking to sell their property.
We would like to thank and recommend Alan Holmes as your Agent for the Purchase of a property. He was very happy to answer all questions so that he showed us the right home, he went out of his way to show us the property and did not rush us and after us looking for many months we have the right home so we say Thank you Alan
I’m very happy to write in support of Alan. I had already seen two other agents and I received a recommendation from another party telling me I should call Alan so I called him and he arranged an appointment for later that day. I found him to be highly professional and clearly was keen to present my home to the market. He has very definite knowledge of the market and gently pushed me in the way that he knew would be most successful. He promised a short campaign which was not only successful but far beyond what I had hoped for. I can’t recommend him highly enough.
Thank you Alan for a an easy and quick sale during these difficult times. Alan was professional throughout the whole experience . He provided productive advice and was honest and punctual in all aspects of communication. Alan's knowledge in our local area was exceptional and up to date, hence why the sale was so quick
Alan Holmes was the agent we chose to sell our home in Lilydale Gateway Estate on the recommendation of someone who was extremely satisfied with the sale and the service he provided. Alan advised us on how to present our property to achieve the best price. At his recommendation we had our home staged and reworked the front garden. Alan sold our home in one day at a price that exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommended Alan to anyone wishing to sell their home. He is very professional, passionate, well organized and personable.
Very happy with Alan. Sold our house in just over a week and we got a much higher price than other agents quoted. Alan is extremely professional, and I cannot rate him highly enough. I would definitely recommend him to others and would have no hesitation using him again to sell my home.
