During a difficult time to sell and show anything, Allan certainly came up with the goods. Our property was listed on the Friday night, 3 inspections on Saturday, all followed up and Allan closed one on the property within the week at the price we wanted. Overall, from beginning to end, including the conveyancer that he recommended, it went very smoothly.
