As first home buyers the whole process seemed so daunting at the beginning from looking at the home, to putting in the offer to having the offer accepted and then all that followed. Alan made the process so easy and we felt as though he really cared and supported us through the steps to purchasing our first home. I could guarantee he gave the same support and care to the sellers. At no point did we feel judged or less than for the questions we asked or budget we had like some agents have in the past. Definitely has a real and down to earth personality that made it feel easy to connect and trust throughout the process. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell but also to buy!

I went through a buyer’s agent, but Harcourts agent Alan Kuss did not put in enough effort to help us obtain the house warranty documents or any other important paperwork. He received a good commission, and although the asking price was $800,000, we paid above that amount to secure the deal. I have been asking for the documents because the house is only one year old and should still be under warranty. How can I give a good rating when these documents have still not been provided? I believe it is the agent’s responsibility to assist with this.

From the outset Alan went above and beyond to walk through the process, made time in person, explaining current market conditions and is very knowledgeable within the area. Marketing process was incredible straight forward and seamless. Throughout the campaign, both Alan and his team were exceptional communicators, organisers and completely transparent with how the campaign was going, keeping me up to date on how the market was moving.
