Buying interstate felt like a near impossible task prior to asking for a private inspection on a home that Alan was selling. From point of contact we knew Alan knew his stuff! He was willing to answer every question I had, in a simple way so I wouldn't feel overwhelmed. He was easy to contact, was very warm and human throught the process. We didn't feel as if we were being forced into a sale or that he was only looking to gain profit (which we unfortunately did experience prior to this). He wanted what was best for us as well as the seller which is as heart warming in what can be a dog eat dog market. Lucy was also a breath of fresh air to work along side with and made it feel like I was chatting with a friend without taking away any of her professionalism and knowledge. What a dream team!! We are so thankful to you both for helping us buy our dream home.
