I found that If Alan couldn’t assist himself he would get assistant help. His assistant was very helpful.

The AKG team were friendly and easy to work with. It was a quick sale with a great outcome, but that's what the pattern in the market was at the time. We did find that communication dropped off once we signed to list the property, and response time got longer and longer once each stage of the sale was reached, which left us at times questioning if viewings were still going ahead or if queries had been received. The photos we paid for in the marketing package were also reused to market the house for rent for the new owner which annoyed us a bit especially since the marketing package is about $700 more than the same package with other agents, minus the light on the sign. Commission rates were also the same as other agents. Having said that we would definitely use the AKG team again.

Communication was excellent, everything was straight forward with no fuss which made buying our first home great.

The team at Ray White Alan Kuss have been great to deal with. As a buyers agent ( someone who helps people buy property ) you deal with a lot of agents who are all different. It's refreshing to deal with agents that actually deliver by sticking to appointments they have made with you or with getting back to you when they say they will. The team at Ray White Alan Kuss have been professional and easy to deal with. Lucy Boland has been great assisting me with helping me find properties for my clients. She has always made herself available during or outside business hours which has been a great help to me. I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough and you should definitely consider them for your real estate needs. I'm looking forward to doing more business with them.
