The Agent that gets Results! —Alan Alan Lucas loves selling real estate! It has been his Passion for over 30 years now. Alan originally arrived in Australia from New Zealand at the ripe young age of 19 with a Commercial Pilots License. After some time he branched into working for the Americans on an oil drilling ship offshore of north west Australia. He started as a roustabout and then advanced onto the actual drilling floor as a roughneck which was a skillful and dangerous job involving an 84 hour week much like real estate!! That career was very character building and helped Alan develop the perseverance, strong work ethic and accountability that has been a trademark of his Real Estate career. After some time Alan moved to Brisbane where he married and had 3 wonderful children, Ben, Steven and Janelle who are now enjoying successful careers and lives of their own. Alan’s wife and work colleague Janice now have 5 children and 9 grandchildren between them. Throughout his Real estate career Alan has always been a high achiever winning local , State and National Awards. He operated his own Real Estate company for 24 Years in Redland City with a large staff level out of 2 locations. The challenging role of Management, Team Building and excellent customer Service over these period instilled in Alan that the property owner is NUMBER 1 and it is our responsibility to achieve the Maximum and Premium price for the property being marketed whilst keeping his clients, the property owners well informed. Alan has always been a strong community minded member of Redland City which has been his home since 1974. He has assisted many local charities and church groups over the years. He was the founding Chairman of the Redland Easter Family Festival commencing in 2000, a role he was honoured to hold for 7 years. In 2005 Alan was honoured to be appointed the Redland City Citizen of the Year which was presented by the Local Mayor at the Australia Day awards event. In 2010 Alan and Janice joined the RE/MAX Bayside organisation attracted by their International backing, Marketing skills and market share. Alan has since become one of the High Achievers in RE/MAX Australia and has been invited to join the High ACHIEVERS group which represents the top 5% of RE/MAX Australia/ New Zealand Sales Agents. Alan through his experience, and skill at Marketing and negotiation can guide his clients compassionately through the often nerve wracking process of selling their home. Alan said “my ultimate goal is to achieve the maximum price possible for my clients with the minimum stress and in the most efficient and caring way”

Exceptional service

Alan Lucas you are simply the best.
