I met Alex when he sold a house in my area way above my expectations. It wasn’t just the result but that he seemed clear on the value of the house and was guiding prospective buyers towards that outcome. Not just the ‘let’s see what the market brings’ view of many other agents. After a strong first week of open houses, the campaign was affected by the COVID19 lockdown.
