I met Alex when he sold a house in my area way above my expectations. It wasn’t just the result but that he seemed clear on the value of the house and was guiding prospective buyers towards that outcome. Not just the ‘let’s see what the market brings’ view of many other agents. I spent a week interviewing the key agents in the area and did not find any that were better than Alex on results or commission options. Alex has experience doing up houses to sell and was able to guide me on everything from the paint colour to where to spend and what not to bother with in the house presentation. After a strong first week of open houses, the campaign was affected by the COVID19 lockdown. However, despite these difficult and unprecedented circumstances with buyer interest dropping off at a worrying pace, Alex managed to achieve a sales result that left us not only relieved to have sold at all, but actually more than happy. I believe this was largely due to Alex' excellent ability to understand, and adapt to, changing market environments and buyer behaviour.
