We ended up selling before the auction, on their advice, and we believe that we got the best price we could in a falling market. It goes without say, that Alex and Angie are the most professional, plus friendly without being over familiar, agents we could've hoped for. During this entire process of saying goodbye to the house, they at all times were mindful of the sentimentality and attachment Maria and I had to the house, yet somehow, helped us through the process, not with a mental and businesslike decorum, but rather, with an understanding and patient heart".

Once we commenced the process of finding an agent to sell our family home-we picked 3 agents to give us an appraisal. Alex was the third one, and by far the best in our opinion based on gut feeling. We thought he was the most energetic, open and professional that would be honest and reliable when dealing with us. Alex kept us totally up to date and informed during this stressful time, feedback virtually immediate to all our queries during the campaign.

The dust has settled and my boxes are unpacked in my new home. Now I’m have the time to reflect on my experience with Alex Mastoris and Cobden Hayson. I had the pleasure of working with Alex for over a year before I actually sold my home. I contacted CH asking for someone to visit to give me an idea of it’s worth and Alex was the person who answered the phone. From the minute he stepped into my home, I knew he was the person I wanted to work with. There’s no pretense or affectation. Alex is a genuinely lovely person. He gave me honest answers to questions and worked with me every step of the way. When it came time to put the house on the market, Alex and his team mate, Angie worked their magic to present the house in its best light. I was kept informed every single step of the way. Alex did a great job of getting the price I wanted never veering from the end goal. I could leave a 5 star rating and leave it at that, but it wouldn’t convey the deep appreciation I have for everything Alex did for me.
