When we first met Alex during another property inspection, he already impressed us with enthusiasm and knowledge, in particular the "selling points" that are relevant to the target audience. After a follow-up chat with him, he pretty much identified the suitable one for us right away and invited us for a private inspection. The experience of inspection was also top notch, including the final inspection before purchase.
