We have sold and bought from Alex Rutherford on numerous occasions and have always been impressed with her wealth of knowledge and experience of the area and potential clients. The support she receives from Place with the digital presence and data is extremely valuable in capturing a good quality group of interested buyers. We would definitely call Alex again in the future!
After discussions with Alex that I was looking for a property to purchase in current time to secure my son and his family in their future, Alex found a most suitable property matching that brief. Communication was regular and relevant at all times. I believe the property is well matched to my families requirements due to Alex's professional eye.
Alex made selling our house a really easy process, she was always contactable and very open and honest in her communication with us. She is very knowledgeable about the market and the whole process, which was very helpful to us as first time sellers. Her and her team were well organised and always very professional in their dealings with us. I would highly recommend Alex as an agent.
