Alex sorted minor repairs on our behalf and made sure the tenants cleaned up in a way the building manager was unable to for almost two years. Without fail, Alex would ring to update us after opens and then follow up after speaking to buyers. She never took her eye off the ball. Her hard work paid off nicely for us with a price above what my wife and I had agreed we’d settle on. We cannot recommend Alex highly enough and will not hesitate to call on her in the future.
