Very pleased to have dealt with Alex for purchase of our apartment. Even though Alex was representing the seller, we respected her opinions and found her to be a 'straight shooter' (an unexpected virtue). Alex and her team are most professional with prompt follow-up and support.
Alex Rutherford is a lively and knowledgable real estate agent whom I have known for a decade or more. My wife and I have been impressed by the way she presents herself and her material in a positive manner but without being overbearing or pushy. She is a charming lady and we have developed a sense of confidence over the years. She gives full attention to any request for help.
This is the third property that Alex has sold for me and I continue to be impressed with her total professionalism, knowledge and service. As I live in another state she prepared the property for sale, getting quotes and organising tradesmen. Alex always gives frank and honest advice and her communication is excellent, keeping me fully informed during the the sale process and providing detailed feedback on every aspect of the marketing campaign. Once again her efforts were highly effective in achieving a more than satisfactory result.
From the moment we met Alex we had complete confidence in her ability and commitment to deliver to us the best outcome for our property. We were keep informed by Alex on every matter to do with our sale and she achieved a great outcome in the shortest possible time. Alex has the support of a great team and we would not hesitate to recommend her as an agent in the areas she operates. Thank you again for everything Alex !
Highly recommend Alex, she was very professional in all dealings. No hard sell or pressure exerted at any stage. No hesitation in recommending her or her assistants.
Alex has great knowledge of the Parkland Blvd precinct, was very responsive and professional during the all stages of my property purchase. If I were to buy another apartment in the Parkland Blvd precinct I would definitely approach Alex as a buyer's agent.
I found Alex and her team to be professional in every way. I would not hesitate to recommend them. I feel I am qualified to judge having many years dealing with buying/selling real estate. I followed Alex's advice starting with the use of a stylist. I did not know such a swift clean contract of sale was possible until my recent experience with these ladies from Place.
I was very apprehensive about buying another home from my not so great experience the first time around, however Alex has changed my view on how easy it is to purchase real estate if you have a good agent! From the start to finish, Alex made purchasing my home feel ridiculously easy and was always on hand and quick to answer any questions I had and made the whole process feel very smooth, she is extremely efficient and personable. I would highly recommend using Alex as an agent and wouldn't hesitate in recommending her to family and friends. Thanks Alex, you are a legend at your job!
We found Alex helpful in sourcing an alternate apartment after our first choice stalled in price negotiations.
Alex was a pleasure to deal with in the recent purchase of our house. She is highly committed and her communication is outstanding. She went out of her way on many occasions to assist us with access to the house and answer questions we had. We would have no hesitation in recommending Alex to anyone wanting to buy or sell property.
Appreciate the effort that Alex put in to selling our home. Alex's work ethic, sharpness and integrity gave us the confidence that we were in the best hands.
Alex was reliable, knowledgeable and efficient in managing all aspects of my investment property acquisition.
