Every step of the way Alex and her team were extremely professional, friendly, efficient and helpful with the sale of my property. I have no hesitation in recommending Alex and her team to my family and friends.
We have known Alex for quite a few years from various "open for inspection" apartment visits and have built a relationship that respects her knowledge of the industry which led us to list our property with her. Alex has a honest, no nonsense straight forward approach and doesn't just tell you what you want to hear. We did not achieve the sale price we wanted to achieve, however the market is what it is. I would recommend Alex to any prospective seller's or buyers.
Alex is by far the best agent I have encountered in many years of buying and selling houses. She exemplifies everything that a highly skilled professional should be.
The most important aspect of Alex's efforts was her consistent feedback and follow up after all inspections and enquiries. She provided support and advice in the preparation of our property that proved invaluable in obtaining the sale of the property. We are pleased to provide our recommendation.
Alex made the process of purchasing our first home very easy. We had great communication and felt very comfortable with Alex on a professional and personal level. We will defiantly be recommending Alex to family and friends for future sales and purchases!
Alex was great all round - she devised a marketing plan that suited us and resulted in a great outcome. She was easy to deal with and was readily contactable. I will be recommending Alex to my friends.
In a fairly capricious market Alex was able to achieve a fair and reasonable result for an unusual property. I am very happy with the outcome. As well as being an excellent, knowledgeable, sensitive and confidence-inspiring Agent, Alex was a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending Alex Rutherford, and you will enjoy the ride.
All hail the Duchess of Spring Hill Alex Rutherford! The rightful heir to the Real Estate throne! The succession of King Jason Adcock is imminent!
Thanks Alex for achieving what I believe was the very best price possible for the property. Highly recommended and very professional.
Having purchased the apartment through Alex back in 2009, she was the obvious choice when we came to sell in 2015. Alex' s knowledge of Roma Street apartment customers, pricing, markets, pros and cons of Parklands is second to none. I can't say it was an easy sale to lock away as we encountered quite a lot of skittish buyers over a near 4 month period (in part because our unit was on the Level 1 'above the pool' and that was off-putting to some.) But we got there in the end with a decent price. Alex is a pro.
Alex was extremely professional, friendly, efficient and helpful with every aspect in purchasing our property. It was a pleasure dealing with Alex. I would recommend Alex and Place Estate Agents to anyone.
