Alex was a very sympathetic advocate for the vendors who were in the midst of a difficult split. Negotiations were delayed due to this and communication ,at times was not clear from the vendors and therefore back to us , the eventual buyers. The property was marketed using old photos from the previous sale as the property had not been maintained and was in a state of decline from it's former glory. However , it was a sellers market and the owner knew and expected a premium for what was presented as a dump. Consequently, we were pushed to pay more for the property and now we have a massive job to firstly clean up the previous owners mess but to also bring the property to it's full potential. Believe it or not we are happy with our purchase but, the ugliness and delusion of human greed is always a disappointment as is the amazement at the levels of filth people will live in !
