I think Alex is a fantastic agent. The reasson I say this is because I listed the property for auction with him and following each inspection he kept me informed on who and how many people attended. He finally received an good offer a few days before the auction which was acceptable and close to the reserve we had in mind anyway. But hen he performed a small miracle. He went back to the people who offered and negotiated a much higher offer which blew us away to say the lease. So we immediatley accepted this high offer which was only one day before the auction and so cancelled the auction. I don't think we would have achieved that price if we went ahead with the auction anyway.
