Alexanders help with the negotiation process was quite poor, the property had passed in at auction and the vendor was keen to sell but when I proposed conditions on the sale it seemed that he wasn't prepared to pass on the conditions to the vendor as it seemed like too much work for him. During the contract signing he also provided a contract with missing information which added much unwanted time to my banks approval process. Once the settlement was complete I was provided only 1 set of keys (the apartment was previously a rental which implies that there would have been several sets of keys available) and without a garage remote control. When asked for more keys he provided a broken garage remote control. I had to then spend approximately $300 to get new keys cut, garage remotes (and coding) and swipe passes. A good agent would have ensured that there were at least 2 sets of working keys for settlement. The place had been available for some time so there is no excuse other than incompetence.
