Throughout the whole process Alexander was incredibly helpful, doing things like a FaceTime tour when we couldn’t visit due to the pandemic. During the purchase process no question I had was too much trouble (and I had quite a few 😊), the process of buying in Queensland was accurately and professionally explained to me, as well as other aspects such as, the pest inspection. Once our bid had been accepted the quality of support remained, nothing was too much trouble to help us get to the settlement date. Then on the day of settlement we were hit by another lockdown! So completely unable to get to our new home! Immediately, Alexander stepped in with considerable empathy- and helped us work out what to do. Over a month later we still haven’t been able to get to our home, yet Alexander has visited the house, FaceTimed us so we can see the house, collected the post and even washed the deck down!
