Awesome and professional service by the agent. Even though we know the agent was working for the vendor, we found him to be honest in his conversations with us. There was no pressure placed on us by the agent, he just outlined the facts and was honest and professional. Mostly we would like to thank Alex for listening to our story on how we were treated by another local estate agent and not contacted when pre offers were called for on a property the agent was selling. As a result we missed out on that property. For this property however we were contacted by Alex after a pre auction offer was made. Alex was straight up with us in regards to the pre auction offer having been made. We made two subsequent higher offers and Alex recommended these to the vendor. The vendor accepted the later offer and we are now happy home owners. More than happy to recommend Alex Smout and if we were to sell again we would seek him out.
