My mother chose Alexander and Belle Property to market her apartment but very shortly after the sales campaign commenced she unexpectedly passed away. We retained the agency to continue to market the property (not realising how long it would take for probate to be granted). Then we had several months of smoke and bushfires and, because we do not live in Canberra, we couldn't even drive up to check on progress and presentation as the highway was closed. And to cap it all off COVID-19 arrived to pretty much close the market down almost completely. Throughout all this Alexander and Amy Wilson maintained cheerful and supportive demeanours and guided us to a successful completion under very trying circumstances.
